This project for Gordon Food Services consisted of an expansion to the existing building as well as a conversion within to provide additional warehouse floor area as well as the addition of a new three-storey office building and 5 elevated parking deck levels.

We provided architectural design services for this process grading facility for Golden Valley Foods Ltd. Located in the Mt. Lehman area, this facility contains office, processing and warehouse storage areas.

The exterior design was driven from the owner wanting the building to emulate an ice cube and be a reflectance of the operational interior.

Cloverdale Cold Storage III, located at the entry to Campbell Heights Business Park, is designed to be a gateway building into the business park.

Working with City of Surrey and Cloverdale Cold Storage, the resulting building is a project that everyone involved in the project is extremely proud of.

We were hired by Hallmark Poultry to design their new cold storage facility in Vancouver, BC. The building was constructed out of concrete tilt-up panels with open web steel joist roof and floor systems with concrete suspended slab over underground parking.
