We were hired by Beedie Construction Ltd. to design this concrete tilt-up industrial building in the Gloucester Industrial Park located in Langley, BC. The building will also include a two level office area.

We provided design services for this two building multi-tenant concrete tilt-up industrial development on a 8.5 acre site located just north of the Hwy #1 and Mt. Lehman interchange. The site offers high exposure to the Mt. Lehman area for industrial users.

We were hired to provide design services for this three building multi-tenant industrial development located in the Mt. Lehman area. The buildings were constructed using uninsulated concrete tilt-up panels.

This industrial building is located in the highly desirable Campbell Heights North Business District. It consists of a multi-tenant strata warehouse building with a portion of the building to be occupied by Powerhouse Building Solutions. Features include high glazing, one grade and two dock loading doors.

This project consists of a concrete tilt-up, mixed-use building to have a total gross floor area broken down into 3 sections; 2,000 Sq.ft. storage area, 6,100 Sq.ft main floor office area and 6,100 Sq.ft. of 2nd storey office area.

This project consists of two concrete tilt-up multi-tenant commercial buildings. Building 1 is approx. 40,000 sq.ft. and Building 2 is approx. 30,000 sq.ft.

This project is another addition to the Campbell Heights Industrial area and provides a manufacturing, office, and distribution space for Bailey Metals. The 104,000 sq.ft. concrete tilt-up facility situated on 7 acres comes equipped with custom racking options and a two-level office space. A statement staircase in the lobby and numerous details throughout the building were installed to showcase the clients products.

This building won the Tilt-Up Achievement Award in 2020.

We were hired by Metro Aluminum to design their new facility in Rocky View County, AB. This building consists of 57,000 sq.ft. of warehouse area and 2,000 sq.ft. of office area.

We were hired to provide design services for this packaging warehouse in the Mt. Lehman area.
