This new retail development consists of seven (7) new, multi-tenant commercial buildings on a 4.66 acre lot.
This two phase development establishes an engaging and playful exterior design which is at once attractive and memorable making this self-storage facility a recognized destination in the town of Squamish and in the region. The warmth of wood grain combines with the strength and durability and security of tilt panel construction.
This four-storey self storage building is a virtual zero lot line development in east Vancouver fronting Clark Drive. It is extremely efficient in space utilization and resolves significant challenges in planning this light industrial use in direct proximity to a residential neighbourhood. It is a very minimalist and modern building design well suited to its urban context. The principal materials are insulated metal panels, conventional steel construction and curtainwall.
A 19 unit low-income townhouse development in Mission, BC. These homes are centrally located on 32588 Cedar Valley Connector which is close to three schools and accessible to public transit.

We were hired by Beedie Construction Ltd. to design this concrete tilt-up industrial building in the Gloucester Industrial Park located in Langley, BC. The building will also include a two level office area.
We provided design services for this two building multi-tenant concrete tilt-up industrial development on a 8.5 acre site located just north of the Hwy #1 and Mt. Lehman interchange. The site offers high exposure to the Mt. Lehman area for industrial users.
This five storey urban self-storage facility occupies and very compact land parcel and provides high visibility from a significant retail and industrial neighbourhood. This is an owner built project utilizing conventional steel and precast panel construction Curtainwall is used to allow view into the building as part of the marketing strategy.

The project consists of two multi storey concrete tilt-up shell office buildings complete with main floor retail commercial space & underground parking to be constructed in two phases.
