This is an 8 unit, large-bay, industrial strata building in Surrey’s Campbell Heights Business Park. It was constructed with concrete tilt-up panels.
This recently completed three storey storage facility in Mission, provides a dual orientation. One to the access street and the other to the regional highway artery on the other side. This tilt panel construction project utilizes a playful distribution of ‘glass box’ elements on the highway frontage making its use clear
visible from a significant distance. This project was delivered via the Design Build methodology.
Spire Professional Centre in Langley is a Class A strata office building located off of the busy 200th Street Corridor and Highway 1 Interchange. The building consists of three storey concrete tilt-up construction and includes special concrete panel and glazing features. The building boasts secured underground parking, bike storage, electric vehicle charging stations and a world-class security system.
This project consists of a 3-storey reinforced concrete structure with showroom built on the 3rd level in steel framing. It can store up to 300 vehicles within the structure and has 122,000 sq.ft. of usable area.
Krahn Group was hired to design this new three-storey concrete tilt-up mini-storage facility on a 1.6 acre site located in Chilliwack, BC.
This project is another addition to the Campbell Heights Industrial area and provides a manufacturing, office, and distribution space for Bailey Metals. The 104,000 sq.ft. concrete tilt-up facility situated on 7 acres comes equipped with custom racking options and a two-level office space. A statement staircase in the lobby and numerous details throughout the building were installed to showcase the clients products.
Ironworks is a mixed-use light industrial and office complex encompassing an entire city block in Vancouver’s re-emerging portown district. The overall form of the project is a functional response to the site topography and the requirements of the anticipated users. The industrial functions are expressed in durable and economical cast in place and precast concrete construction with a lighter, more transparent expression being employed for the office floors which float above the Pandora building with a contrasting steel frame clad in glass and metal panels.
